But we all love the idea of achieving our goals! We know that there is a deep chasm between setting a goal and achieving it. Fewer people yet love doing the work to get to their goals. Now let’s talk about how a work bullet journal can help you at work. Find and migrate all related tasks into the list and add the collection to your index. To do this find the next blank page and give your collection a title and add the page number. When this is the case you can create a collection. Add a forward arrow in the original month’s entry to indicate that you have moved it forward. If they are done, cross them off, if they are incomplete, move them forward to this month’s calendar. The set up is exactly the same but with one further addition. To give a task priority, ie if there are important events or a specific task that needs attention, put an asterisk to the left side of the dot.Īs you add events to your daily to-do list, be sure to add them to that month’s calendar page.Īt the end of the month create the next month’s calendar. Each use different symbols: a dot for a task a circle for an event and a dash for a note. There are three main kinds of bullets: tasks events and notes. Don’t worry if you miss a couple of days. Every day write out the things you need to get done. This will be your daily bullet journal spread. Go back to the index and add your page numbers. Left of each task mark down a bullet which is simply an empty check box. Use the right hand page as your taks list to mark down important dates. Then use the first letter of the day of the week and add it alongside the date. Use the left hand page to mark down all the days of the month. Turn to the next blank spread, this is your monthly calendar. Turn to the next set of blank facing pages or spreads mark those as your Future Log. Your first set of facing blank pages become your index pages. You can watch Ryder’s video on the best ways to set up your pages here. The bullet journal method of productivity was created by Ryder Carroll who calls is “A mindfulness practice disguised as a productivity system”. You may be familiar with Bullet Journaling. Another title for this post could be, “From failure to success, how to get it all wrong but get it right”. How to use Work bullet journal spreads to achieve any goal.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan acknowledged the shortcomings of his government’s response to the February 6 earthquakes as he spoke at a news conference in Adiyaman, one of the provinces hardest hit by the disaster. Television images showed the man being carried on a stretcher into an ambulance, while rescue teams were trying to make contact with his daughter inside the damaged building. Yesilyurt’s Mayor Mehmet Cinar told HaberTurk television that a number of buildings in the town collapsed, including a four-storey building where a father and daughter were trapped.Ĭinar said the pair had entered the damaged building to collect belongings.ĪFAD said that 32 people were saved in Malatya after the latest tremor. The latest quake was centred in the town of Yesilyurt in Malatya province, the country’s disaster management agency (AFAD) said, adding that one person was killed when a factory collapsed in Kahramanmaras, the epicentre of the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that hit the region on February 6, and 69 others were injured. Monday’s earthquake became the latest major tremor to rock southern Turkey as the region rebuilds from earlier massive quakes that killed more than 50,000 people across southern Turkey and northwest Syria. A magnitude 5.6 earthquake has hit eastern Turkey, killing at least one person and wounding dozens while causing some damaged buildings to collapse. But we've been having some really great press, and we've been doing some fun interviews, which keeps us excited about it. But after a week, it was like, okay, there's some real s*** going down, and that kind of took the focus away. John: The first week really really sucked. So, what's been going through your mind with the cancellation of SXSW? It's some real Walking Dead apocalypse s***. John: I'm driving back from South by Southwest. Okay, "apocalyptic highway" might a little dramatic, but these are dramatic times. Brandon spoke to us from his home in New Jersey, while John phoned in from his car, driving across an apocalyptic highway from Texas to Connecticut. Nevertheless, Screen Rant got the chance to speak to directors LaGanke and Carlucci, who discussed their work on the film and the atypical circumstances surrounding its status as a high-profile indie that has yet to secure a distribution deal. Still, the directors are optimistic at their prospects, and – having seen the film – so are we.ĭrunk Bus is currently without a release date, and technically hasn't even had its world premiere yet ( it was supposed to happen at SXSW), so the context for this interview was unique compared to how these things normally happen. The film's future is somewhat up in the air, as the filmmakers and investors must now seek distribution deals without the shoulder-rubbing of a globally-known festival like SXSW. Originally scheduled to make its grand debut at South by Southwest, the film's future was put on hold following the cancellation of the festival in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic which continues to ravage the world and the entertainment industry. The feature debut from directors Brandon LaGanke and John Carlucci, Drunk Bus is loosely based on Brandon's own experience as a bus driver during his college years. |
